A podcast to help you quit smoking for the “Mois sans tabac” (Tobacco-free month)

From November 1, 2020 to November 30, 2020

Having been trained by the Rhône-Alpes Auvergne Tobacco Institute (Institut Rhône-Alpes Auvergne de Tabacologie –IRAAT), the Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1’s health students (Étudiants Relais Santé – ERS) are launching a podcast as part of the “Tobacco-free month”. They are here to support you and encourage you to take part in this nation-wide challenge, which invites all smokers to quit for one month with the support of their family and friends, starting November 1.

The fifth annual Tobacco-free month has just begun. The initiative supported by Santé Publique France is quite different this year, with the second lockdown that came into effect on Friday, October 30. This lockdown is expected to last at least four weeks.

To give yourself the best possible chance of successfully quitting, you should contact a smoking therapist or healthcare professional who can help you determine the most appropriate quitting strategy for you.

Simply call 39 89 (a free-phone number + your standard network charge) | Mon.-Sat. from 8 AM to 8 PM.
