...stay home and look after yourself!

As for you, here’s a simple but very important message: stay at home and look after yourself.

To help you with this, you will find a list of reminders in the download section opposite:

  • What you need to know about the coronavirus;
  • How to act depending on your situation;
  • Protective measures and avoiding contact with others (in French and English), also available as a video on the Ministère des Solidarités et de la Santé’s website [the French Ministry of Solidarity and Health].

We ask you to respect these rules in order to ensure your own safety and that of those taking care of you.

If you have a fever, do not take any non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) such as ibuprofen, Advil, Nurofen, etc. without first consulting a doctor. Only take paracetamol.
As a rule, self-medication is not recommended. If in doubt, please contact your institution’s SSU before taking any medication.

Thank you all and take care.
