Workshop n°1 : Vegetarian diet: a little, a lot?
From September 17 to October 15, in all Crous university cafeterias (RU)

Discover how to balance your diet by bringing in plant-based protein, fruit and vegetables, as well as how to vary your sources of protein for a more diverse diet.
