The LudiMoodle Science Day: situational and prospective analyses

On The June 28, 2019

The Université de Lyon will unveil the LudiMoodle project’s initial results at the “Gamification as a driver of student motivation” lecture, to be held on June 28, 2019 at the MILC amphitheater.

LudiMoodle is a research project which aims to develop innovative student-centric learning methods through games.

The project is led by the Université de Lyon as part of the Investments for the Future Program's call for projects, "Areas for Training, Research and Digital Animation (e-FRAN)" projects, launched by the French State in January 2017 and organized by the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations.

Bridging the gap between different research studies at the nexus of education and information sciences, this project brings together the Board of Education of the Académie de Lyon, the Université Lumière Lyon 2, the Université Jean Moulin Lyon 3, and the Edunao company, in order to discuss current educational challenges.

The aim of the LudiMoodle Science Day on June 28 is to present the experiments being carried out, communicate their scientific results, and to discuss them with the academic, civil and educational communities.

This day will be divided into two segments: the morning will focus on presenting the project and reporting the results of the scientific and practical experiments. The afternoon will be allocated to round-table discussions, focusing on how these learning environments and gamification can be generalized in the classroom.

Participation is free of charge; registration is open until June 10.
