A new Digital Sciences and Uses University Diploma program will be launched in September 2020

The Digital Sciences and Uses University Diploma (Diplôme universitaire Sciences et Usages du Numérique – DU-SUN) is a training program that focuses on digitally managing and transforming organizations. The program is provided by the Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1 and the Université de Lyon’s Disrupt’Campus. The first course will start in September 2020.

The first semester will be given at the Ecole 42 and Polytech Lyon, and the second semester will be given at the Université de Lyon. The second semester corresponds to the Université de Lyon’s Digital Transformation University Diploma.

The DU-SUN program is designed to provide students with the skills needed to master the different tools and methods involved in digitalization projects. These include organizational strategy, technological solutions, systems and languages, and data processing.
Students will be able to demonstrate the skills they have acquired during a nine-week in-company project organized by the Université de Lyon.

This new program is intended for science students in initial training and for employees or jobseekers in continuous training. Applicants must hold a Master’s degree in science, an engineering degree or a PhD in science.
