On The March 6, 2020

The Université de Lyon met with Isabelle Cohen, an alumnus of the March 2020 Digital Transformation University Diploma graduating class.

Tell us about your journey before enrolling in the Digital Transformation University Diploma.

After graduating from Skema Business School, I worked as a Customer Success Director in a start-up company in Lyon. I have spent most of my career with software publishers, mainly working as a Service Manager and Project Director.

How did you hear about the program?

The program has gained a very good reputation, and I found out about the technological training provided by this course on LinkedIn.

What did you like most about the DT University Diploma?

I have always worked in environments related to digital transformation, such as ERP, CRM and EDM. However, at this stage of my career, I felt the need to develop a deeper understanding of newer technologies and disciplines such as artificial intelligence, Blockchain, robotics, or UX Design. I believe that relevance of the courses, and the program's direct links with the company and the professional environment were the reasons why this course was such a success.

What are you doing now?

I am looking to develop my own sustainable digital transformation consulting business. The notion of sustainability is an important part of digital technology as it combines environmental and human values that will remain essential in the years to come. I would like to support business leaders who want to digitally transform their activities, all while advising them on how to respect human and environmental values.
