Recruiting for the Innovation Factory & Alstom challenge

The Université de Lyon’s Innovation Factory is partnering with Alstom to hold an innovation challenge for the third year in a row. This year’s challenge will tackle “Talent management at Alstom: attracting and integrating new employees, and supporting their growth”

The ideation challenge will gather around forty students from several member institutions of the Université de Lyon over a day and a half to help them create, develop, model and pitch new ideas to a jury of professionals. This challenge aims to find solutions to better manage human resources at Alstom. The theme covers measures to boost the company’s attractiveness and finding ways to manage the integration and professional development of its employees.

It is intended for the following training programs/disciplines:

  • Engineering;
  • Design;
  • Marketing;
  • Humanities and Social Sciences: Human Resource management, Philosophy, Social Psychology and Sociology.

The challenges provides students with a number of rewarding experiences:

  • Working with a multidisciplinary group where they will encounter different approaches and perspectives;
  • Specific activities to boost creativity;
  • Working in close collaboration with professionals at Alstom;
  • Innovative and stimulating work environment at Alstom.
