Start of the second edition of the SATT PULSALYS' “Young Researchers” program

On The October 4, 2019

To further its aim of promoting research and the transfer of knowledge to civil society, PULSALYS, the Technology Transfer Acceleration Office (SATT) in Lyon and Saint-Étienne, is launching the second edition of its program for local young doctors. This program will give them an opportunity to further develop the results from their thesis or during their post-doctorate careers for a year, while receiving funding and personalized support.

It aims to help young doctors promote the results they generated while writing their thesis or during their post-doctorate careers, and support them in transferring these findings to an existing company or in creating a start-up.

This Young Researchers program is made up of three phases:

  1. Project presentation and applications for the Young Researchers Program;
  2. The DoctyBoot: a customized program designed by PULSALYS, with Beelys, the Université de Lyon’s student incubator, helping them refine their innovation projects, in keeping with their research efforts;
  3. Project development. After all projects have been presented to the jury, the best ones that meet the associated institutions’ criteria will receive guidance, support and will be launched.
The closing date for applications is October 15, 2019, at noon.
