The Université de Lyon’s Digital Transformation training course has launched its seventh session

From March 1, 2021 to July 2, 2021

La seventh Digital Transformation University Diploma class began on March 1, 2021. This year’s program was the first to be launched entirely online, due to the current health situation.

The new class includes twelve students from various backgrounds: some are graduates of the Digital Sciences and Uses University Diploma at the Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1, while others already have some professional experience.

The Digital Transformation University Diploma gives companies the opportunity to work with students to accomplish their digital innovation projects. Since February 2018, 26 projects have been produced in collaboration with students.

Four companies presented their digital projects to students during a video-conference on March 30:

  • The Fondation Giacometti;
  • The Lab Apside Lyon;
  • The Tiki Vinyle Store;
  • A LegalTech project launched by a DTUD alumnus.

This year, the Université de Lyon’s Disrupt’Campus is also offering students the opportunity to work on an internal project. Five working groups were therefore set up once the projects had been presented. The students, with support from experienced tutors, will have at least ten weeks to complete the projects.

The seventh session began on March 1 and will run through July 2, 2021.
