The Université de Lyon receives the visit of the State University of São Paulo "Júlio de Mesquita Filho" (UNESP) in Brazil

The Delegation of the UNESP in Brazil composed of Sandro Roberto Valentini, Rector of UNESP (center) as part of the presentation of its PRINT program to French institutions was welcomed on Thursday, September 19 by the President of the Université de Lyon, Khaled Bouabdallah (left) and the Université de Lyon Vice President of International Strategy Jacques Comby (right).

The Brazilian delegation composed of Sandro Roberto Valentini, Rector of the State University of São Paulo "Júlio de Mesquita Filho" (UNESP) in Brazil and José Celso Freire, Vice President of International Relations of UNESP, after having been welcomed on the Lyon-Saint-Étienne site as part of the presentation of the its PRINT program to French institutions.

The PRINT program aims at the internationalization of Brazilian Higher Education and Research by supporting international research and mobility projects for researchers. These programs must be supported by a foreign university and this is one of the issues of this visit.

The delegation also benefited from a presentation of the IDEXLYON and its specificities as well as a meeting with Emmanuelle Soubeyran, Director of Vetagro Sup. As a reminder, the UNESP and VetAgro Sup have a double degree engineer agreement since December 2017.
