The BIBA Forum devotes its first discussion to "Education and its digitalization in pandemic times"

Members of Action Line 2.8. (Seniors’ Universities: sharing of best practices and short-term mobility for seniors’ universities), have created the BIBA Forum: "Building Intergenerational Bridges in Arqus", an initiative to build more inclusive societies. With this aim, the Forum will provide free and open 2-hour monthly discussions about the pertinent issues and ideas confronting us, in the world today, from an international and intergenerational point of view. Webinar on translation and censorship under a totalitarian regime

Arqus holds the webinar "Ideological aspects of translation: Translation and censorship under a totalitarian regime" by Nijolė Maskaliūnienė (Vilnius University). She will speak about a particular ideological manipulation in the form of state censorship, focusing on the situation in Soviet Lithuania (1940–1990). Arqus Twinning Activities: application process completed!

The Arqus European University Alliance has completed the application process for its unique Twinning activities, and has announced the selected participants. Arqus Twinning aims to strengthen subject-related collaboration of staff and students and create possibilities to carry out joint learning and teaching activities through piloting short-term mobility schemes. The eligibility deadline for Twinning visits is end of September 2022. Another call for Twinning initiatives is planned to be announced during the 2021 fall semester. ► Find out more
