Come and cheer on our PhD student Bastien Marguet during the 2022 MT180 national finals

Come and support Bastien Marguet, a PhD student at Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1, and the 15 other finalists at the My Thesis in 180 Seconds national finals on May 31, 2022 at the Bourse du Travail in Lyon.
On May 31, the Université de Lyon will be represented at the MT180 national finals by Bastien Marguet with his thesis on “Modeling grain boundary formation in two-dimensional materials: from application to graphene” conducted at the Institut Lumière Matière (ILM) laboratory at the Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1.
Bastien Marguet will be part of the final four and will have 180 seconds to present his research topic on the stage of the Bourse du Travail in Lyon, along with 15 other PhD students.
The Université de Lyon, co-organizer of the national finals, is counting on you to cheer them on!

My Thesis in 180 Seconds is a competition that aims to popularize science and which has been organized in France since 2014 by France Universités and the CNRS, in partnership with the Casden, the Maif and the MGEN. The national finals are organized in partnership with the Université de Lyon.
