The EUR H2O’Lyon takes part in World Water Day

Join the H2O’Lyon Graduate School of Research on March 22 to celebrate World Water Day.

On March 22, the H2O’Lyon Graduate School of Research (École Universitaire de Recherche – EUR) is organizing a series of lectures and meetings based on the theme #Water2me to celebrate World Water Day.


THE WORLD WATER DAY PROGRAM:

  • 11 AM: feet in the water, from the lab to the field, let’s share our knowledge. Inspired by My Thesis in 180 Seconds (or almost), four H2O’Lyon PhD students will present their favorite subject and invite you to share an hour with them for an aperitif or coffee.

  •  2 PM: “Micro pollutants in water: from the treatment plant to the tap” webinar, featuring Dr. Nathalie Chèvre, researcher and professor at the University of Lausanne.

  • 5 PM: “Mixed views on the value of water” round table discussion, with Emeline Comby, associate professor at the Université Lumière Lyon 2, Gaetan Bailly, public law professor at the Université Jean Moulin Lyon 3, and Philippe Polomé, economist at the Université Lumière Lyon 2.
