“Veterinary Public Health: for all those concerned” conference
On The January 14, 2020
To mark the launch of the world’s first veterinary public health hub in Lyon, the Université de Lyon, in partnership with La Tribune and other local players, is organizing a conference entitled “Veterinary Public Health: A medical and economic challenge” on January 14 at Boehringer Ingelheim.
The speakers will attempt to address the following questions arising from their diagnoses and proposals: what are the health challenges facing veterinary public health? What are the economic challenges? How do we deal with globalization, with free trade treaties? How can we protect consumers while addressing the major animal welfare and nutritional quality issues? What are the new tools available to veterinarians, health authorities and laboratories?
