Public call for applications to sit on the Université Lumière Lyon 2's board of administration

From June 1, 2018 to June 14, 2018

Following the resignation of Bernard Bouché on April 24, 2018, the Université Lumière Lyon 2 must appoint an external figure to represent employee representative organizations (article L712-3 3°b of the French Education Law).

To ensure compliance with the principle of parity, in accordance with article D 719-46 of the French Education Law, "when an external figure (...) permanently stops sitting on the board for whatever reason, a representative of the same gender is appointed for the unexpired term".

As a reminder, the Université Lumière Lyon 2's board of administration has thirty members:

  • 13 research professor and professor representatives;
  • 4 engineering, administrative, technical and library staff representatives;
  • 4 user representatives;
  • 8 external figures.

The appointed external figure will sit voluntarily on the Université Lumière Lyon 2's board of administration until its renewal in spring 2020. He will have the right to speak and vote. As a guideline, the Université Lumière Lyon 2's board of administration meets on a monthly basis.
