Regulation on data collection
The information collected via the form on the left is subject to computer processing for the purpose of reviewing the files submitted to the CER-UdL and the exchanges required with the project initiators.
The recipients of the data are the researchers and professor-researchers of the CER, and the members of the administrative team under the authority of the UdL who support them in this task. If necessary, the data may be communicated to an outside expert better suited to assess the project submitted. The data are kept for the duration of the proposed research, so that they may be re-examined should the research evolve over the course of the project.
All Université de Lyon processing is recorded in a data processing register.
In accordance with articles 38 et seq. of the French law n°78-17 of January 6, 1978, on information technology, data files and civil liberties, you have the right to access, rectify and oppose any data concerning yourself.

The CER-UdL project officer coordinates and manages the activity of the Research Ethics Committee of the Université de Lyon. As such, it ensures the preparation of the meetings of the CER, guarantees the follow-up of the decisions recorded in plenary sessions, and implements the daily activity of this body: requests for information, updating of information on the web portal, promotion of the CER-UdL and its internal and external activities. The CER-UdL project officer is also the administrative and legal guarantor of its operation.
