A PROGRAM FOR STUDENTS WHO ARE INVOLVED IN COMMUNITY LIFE
Volunteering provides a wonderful opportunity for personal fulfillment and a hands-on way to experience and develop transversal skills. Volunteering is also a way to personal and professional development.
In order to foster and develop community life on campus and provide student organization members with the tools they need to complete their projects, the Université de Lyon and several partners are building a training program about community life.
Public
All students within a member or associated institution of the Université de Lyon and involved in community life may apply.
This training program offered by the Université de Lyon:
- Is available for all students at the Lyon Saint-Étienne site;
- Is built by cultivating strong synergy with all local players and on-site resources;
- Offers a variety of training courses;
- Takes place throughout the academic year (September to June).
- Gain theoretical knowledge to better understand the environment and, in turn, teach what they have learned to future members;
- Gain tools by developing new materials and methods;
- Meet other members of student organizations;
- Expand their network.
Good to know
- The training programs are free.
- Register directly online.
- Most of the training programs are accessible and have no pre-requisites. However, some of the training modules build upon each other and it is necessary to attend one or more previous modules to fully explore the topics.
- Training certificates are given after completing each module. Skill certification methods are being looked at.
