IDEXLYON 2018 mobility support program

IDEXLYON supports the international mobility of PhD students. In 2018, IDEXLYON will help support around sixty PhD students coming to stay in France or moving abroad.

International mobility grants from the Région Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes

The Région Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes awards mobility grants to PhD students who would like to carry out a research trip abroad for 4 to 36 weeks.
You will need to ask the administrative office at your doctoral school for the grant application form. Applications sent directly to the Région's office will not be processed.

Recognition of international mobility during the thesis: supplement to the degree

Doctoral students who have completed an international mobility during their thesis can have it recognized and obtain a supplement to the doctoral diploma for the recognition of international mobility. The conditions are described in the attached procedure. Doctoral students must apply for the supplement when submitting their application to defend their thesis. The application must be submitted to the student affairs doctorate office at the student’s institution.
