The Université de Lyon's Nightline scheme
Because looking after your health is very important, the Université de Lyon and its institutions are keen to support the development of their new services and facilities to improve students’ health and well-being.
So, as of 2020, they will join forces with the Nightline organization and the Région Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes to open a listening, support and information service for students from the Lyon and Saint-Etienne institutions who are facing psychological difficulties.
The Nightline Lyon service is looking for student volunteers
By joining Nightline Lyon, you will have the opportunity to take part in a very rewarding experience, working as part of a dynamic team. In addition, you will learn a lot about life, and even more about yourself, all while helping others. Volunteering for this service can help you improve your ability to listen, understand and manage sensitive situations.
Nightline Lyon provides an opportunity to help students experiencing difficulties; students who are more likely to confide in someone they can relate to.
