First CURSUS+ lecture: The scale and factors of "success" at university

How can each student better succeed, at a time where the student body is increasingly diverse at enrollment? What can be done to encourage success as soon as students graduate from high school?

Marc Romainville’s lecture aims to discuss on the adapted academic paths and success factors for students as early as their first year of university. It is structured in three stages:
  • Definitions the concepts of "success" and "failure";
  • Overview of the main factors associated with failure;
  • Academic approaches to promote student success.
It is aimed at high school students and their parents, students, high school teachers, research professors, researchers, counseling professionals and secondary and university education representatives.
