International Alliance China: 2021 call for applications for “UdL Chairs in Shanghai”

The Université de Lyon (UdL) announces an open invitation to submit applications for the 2021 “UdL Chairs in Shanghai” scientific and cultural cooperation program.

PURPOSE:

The pilot round of the “UdL Chairs in Shanghai” program is specifically designed to promote the organization of short-term exchange visits (from 7 to 14 nights) for UdL members and its Chinese partners.

BENEFICIARIES:

All UdL members (except students: PhD students, masters students, etc.).

PURPOSE OF THE VISITS:

  • Visits must be linked to the organization of one or more highly influential scientific or cultural activities, and should significantly contribute to increasing the UdL's cooperation potential with China;
  • These activities mainly include: establishing research projects, lecture tours, finding research collaborations, training, etc.;
  • Priority will be given to the activity programs which involve a number of Chinese partners or several UdL departments.

PROJECT SELECTION:

The applications will be reviewed by a scientific panel.
