My application has been refused, without any details

Some courses are selective. There are two reasons for refusing an application :
  • The candidate didn’t add to one’s application the required documents (letter of motivation, questionnaire…)
  • The candidate’s English level is not sufficient for the course.
The pre-requisites are always stated in the course description.
