[IMPORTANT] The 2024 Students Welcome Desk is closing its doors, but help is still available!

Every year at the start of the academic year in September, the Université de Lyon sets up its Students Welcome Desk to greet international students and help with their their back-to-school procedures. From September 4 to November 30, the Students Welcome Desk teams informed and guided students on administrative procedures, in particular those relating to the student residence permit, but also on assistance and support available. Goal? To help them get the university year off to a good start, and facilitate their arrival into the region.
