“Mon Master”: the new national platform to apply for a Master’s program

From February 1, 2023 to April 18, 2023

Available from February 1, 2023, the website will include all the training courses leading to the national Master’s degree, updated by accredited higher education institutions.

As of February 1, 2023, the new platform, developed by the French Ministry of Higher Education and Research, will replace the portal.

With more than 3,500 Master's degrees and 8,000 courses, the "Mon Master" platform will offer the following features:

  • A single application submission for applicants;
  • A single nationwide calendar (see opposite);
  • An optimized calendar for the allocation of Master’s program placements before the summer vacation period;
  • A better match between supply and demand and a more efficient system for referring cases to the academic region’s President.

Applications can be submitted, using a common application form, for 15 traditional and 15 work-study Master's programs. Applicants can select 30 different Master's programs, and many more if you look at the curriculum for each program. Applications will not be prioritized by applicants so that students do not self-censor and remain in control throughout the admissions process.
